You have the option to print the wristbands on beforehand, and have them ready when the guests arrive. You can also choose to do it when the guests arrive. This gives you a great flexibility and safety, so that there are no extra wristbands going around.
In the software you have the possibility to upload your guestlist. This way, you can give your VIP guests the extra experience to really feel VIP with their name on the wristband. This is a great way to control the access, and you can divide your guests into groups by changing colour/design on the wristbands.
